Frequently asked questions

How do I add a new project?

Open the Projects tab and tap the add button. Give your piece a name, choose its type (ceramics, fused glass, stained glass, or mosaic), and set its current stage. You can add photos, dimensions, and notes at any point as the piece moves from planning to finished.

How do I log a firing?

Go to the Firings tab and create a new firing. Record your schedule — target temperature, ramp and hold steps — along with the kiln used and the results. You can link firings to the projects that were in the load.

Can I track stained glass and mosaic work that never gets fired?

Yes. Cold glass projects live right alongside fired work. You can plan and track stained glass and mosaic pieces through their own stages — design, cutting, foiling or leading, and finishing — without ever logging a firing.

Where are my glaze recipes stored?

All your recipes live in the Glaze Recipes section, where you can save ingredients, application notes, and test results so your best outcomes stay repeatable.

Is my data backed up?

Your studio data is saved to your account so it's available whenever you sign in. If you'd like to keep your own copy or have questions about exporting your data, email us and we'll help.
